This download appears courtesy of the Media Shoppe's Authorware section.

Text entry model that allows users to enter and format text. Model is actually a keypress interaction, allowing users to enter text, use Returns and Tabs to format layout. Also, the dialog box is completely moveable anywhere on screen and the text entry and buttons stay with the dialog box. Worth a look.
