Is there a way I can make a Flash object as a hot object?

Yes, you can make a Flash object hot. Insert a Flash movie onto the flowline (pulldown menus: Insert, Media, Flash). Then put an Interaction icon and attach a Map icon to it. Choose Hot Object reply. Double-click the Hot Object reply and just click the Flash movie on the screen. Voila!
