B1021 - How do I use math symbols in my text?
by - Joseph Ganci
Please can someone tell me if there is an ASCII character out there which is an x with a dot above it (I'm doing some maths programs) and an x with a double dot above it. Perhaps you could tell me how I can get a full ASCII
character list?
The trick is to load a font that has the math characters you need and then
use the proper ASCII codes. Then Character Map (charmap.exe) can be useful
to find the particular character you want. Of course, you'll have to ensure
that the font is available to your end users too. You can find a tremendous
amount of free and shareware fonts at www.acidcool.com.
