1057 - Why does my animated GIF not play when the piece is packaged?

Is there a reason why an animated gif will play in an authorware piece but not once it is packaged? (even though the Animgif xtra is included in the xtra folder?)

To run an animated gif in packaged mode, you not only have to include the Animgif Xtra in the Xtras folder, but you also must include the following two files in the folder with your packaged file (not in the Xtras folder):

AWIML32.DLL
MSVCRT.DL
