1007 - Why don’t my AVI files play?

I have a program that will be delivered on CD-Rom, and the AVI movie cannot run inside or outside the program on the computer used for the test. I have put the a5vfw32 file outside the Xtras folder. What could be wrong?

If the avi can't play by itself, then the computer does not have the media player installed.
