By default you don't get a copy of your message back via the list. Rest-assured it will be delivered to all other subscribers.

Sending commands means: sending mail to the listserv address and putting the command(s) in the mailmessage text.
To:LISTSERV@LISTSERV.CC.KULEUVEN.AC.BE Subject: not neccessary Text of Message: INFO REFCARD
When you send the command INFO REFCARD to the listserv address you get a text file describing all commands you can send to the listserv.
Some interesting commands are:
With the command SET AWARE DIGEST you can tell the listserver that you don't want to receive individual messages, but one daily message with all messages listed in it. To change this again from digest to mail, you send the command SET AWARE MAIL
You might want to check out the webarchive first.
But if you only have email access or want the files you can get a list of the available archive files by sending an INDEX AWARE command to the listserv address
You can then order these files with a GET AWARE LOGxxxx command.The xxxx-s in LOGxxxx are the year and the month. To get the log of april 1994, send the command GET AWARE LOG9404
