1068 - When is the vct32161.dll file needed?

I published an AW file and when I start it, I got 3 error messages:

The dynamic link library vct32161.dll could not be found in the specified path....

After 3 times clicking OK on the error message, everything works great. Why this happen? How can I fix it?

That DLL is used specifically with Voxware files. Are you using VOX audio files in your piece? If so, you need to make sure you find that file and include it.
